||The project aims to facilitate investment, foster innovation, enhance skill development, and build best-in-class manufacturing infrastructure. The proposed industrial corridor passes through Palakkad and Coimbatore to link with the Chennai- Bengaluru industrial corridor. The length of the corridor in Kerala would be nearly 160 Km. The IMC that will come along the Corridor will boost the manufacturing activities including Electronics, IT, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, etc. in the districts of Ernakulam, Thrissur, Malappuram and Palakkad. They will provide a globally competitive environment conducive for businesses

||Propylene oxide – Cochin Refinery
||The proposed project is for developing a Propylene Oxide (PO) manufacturing plant of 2,00,000 MPA capacity required to produce Propylene Glycol & Polyether Polyols at Kochi, in the vicinity of existing BPCL Kochi Refinery.

||PVC manufacturing – Cochin Refinery
||The proposed project is to set up a PVC manufacturing facility of capacity 150,000 TPA in Kochi. PVC is the world’s third largest plastic in production and consumption. PVC is combined with additives and fabricated into a wide variety of forms.
||Kochi (BPCL-Kochi Refinery)
||The project is intended to create an Industrial Park with all modern facilities exclusive for the Petrochemical downstream Industry. The Petrochemical Park is established in approximately 481.79 acres in the FACT premises at Ambalamugal. The Park is expecting investments in the field of automobile industry, Building Construction, Plastic Industry, Pharmaceutical, textile, Consumer Durables etc.
||Multi-modal Logistics Park (MMLP)
||A Multi-modal Logistics Park (MMLP) including Free Trade Warehousing Zone (FTWZ) is proposed to be set up in the vicinity of Cochin Port. The objective of this project is to provide efficient integrated logistics services with dedicated areas in the MMLP which would enable freight aggregation, distribution and multi- modal freight movement by providing services such as Warehouse, Cold Storage, and other value-added service.
||Electronic Hardware Park
||The Electronics Hardware Park is proposed to be set up at an extent of 100 acres of land in Amballur with KSIDC as the nodal agency. The project aims to promote manufacturing and assembling of electronic hardware in Kerala and will also include a research and development unit. Estimated to draw investments to the tune of INR 650 crore through manufacturing and assembling of electronic equipments.
||Super Absorbent Polymer – Cochin Refinery
||The project plans to set-up a manufacturing unit of Superabsorbent Polymer of 60,000 TPA capacity in Kochi. Demand for Super Absorbent Polymer Plant (SAP) is driven by diapers, feminine hygiene products, medical and the agriculture industry. This project will be the very first endeavour to supply local demand of SAP as most of the products are being imported now.
||KINFRA Logistics Park
||The Logistics Park to be set up in Palakkad, which is the Gateway to Kerala, will lead to optimization of resources and reduction in wastages, which account for a major share in increasing the cost of Indian goods.
||Cryogenic Warehouse – Cochin Port Trust
||The proposed project is to establish a Cryogenic Warehouse at an area of 10 acres in Puthuvypeen next to the existing LNG terminal. The project has been earmarked using the cold energy available from the regasification process that can be used for creation of a zero CO2 emission cold-chain hub. Cryogenic Warehousing proposed is basically for perishable products like vegetables, meat, and fish and also for pharma products.

||The proposed project is to develop an integrated waste management system for solid waste comprising of plastics, e-waste, and bio-medical wastes on around 100 acres of land in Trivandrum. The integrated waste management approach mainly focuses on reducing the amount of waste being disposed, while maximizing resource conservation and resource efficiency.
||The proposed project aims at increasing the manufacturing of Acrylic Polymers. Acrylate polymers are a group of polymers noted for their transparency, resistance to breakage, and elasticity. They are also commonly known as acrylics or polyacrylates. Acrylate polymer is commonly used in cosmetics such as nail polish as an adhesive
||The proposed sports complex envisages to build an integrated facility that will encourage different sports and promote healthy lifestyle to the citizens. The facility shall act as a venue for national and international sport events, and attract sports persons across the country

||PU ( Polyurethane) Urea Resin
||The proposed plan is for manufacturing of PU Urea Resin. Polyurethane is one of the very few polymers which is available in wide range of hardness and shows properties of thermoset, thermoplastics and elastomers. Due to these range of properties and forms, it finds applications in rigid and flexible foam, fiber, film, composites, elastomers, coatings, adhesives.

||The proposed project is to establish a state of the art manufacturing facility in Ernakulam district spread across an area of 10 acres which specializes in the design and manufacture of domestic lighting products with highest standards of quality at an initial cost of investment of INR 12 Crs
||Polyacrylate Powder and Dispersion
||Polyacrylate is used in paints and other surface coatings, adhesives, and textiles. Polyacrylate is also widely used as a cosmetics ingredient for its uniform viscosity, high shelf life, anti-bacterial properties, and mould growth resistance. The project proposes to expand its production.
||HP ( Hydroxypropyl) Methylcellulose
||HP methylcellulose is a white to light tan, free-flowing powder. As a coating agent, it is widely used in the pharmaceutical industry. The project proposes to expand its production considering the increased demand.
||Polyurethane adhesives are also known as an elastic glue, is a polymer formed by the reaction of polyol and isocyanates and is composed of units of linear polymeric chains connected by carbamate or urethane links. The proposed project aims to expand the production of PU Adhesives.
||The proposed project aims at increasing the manufacturing of Acrylic fibres. Acrylic fibres are soft and light fibres having light and warm tactile feeling to the human skin and are widely used in knitted products such as sweater and jersey; bedding textiles such as blankets, carpets, rag animals and western wigs.
||The proposed project aims at increasing the manufacturing of ABS, SAN. Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) is an engineering or performance plastic, which is used across various segments including home appliances, electronics, and automobiles. ABS resins are regularly used in polymer amalgams for various different requests, to achieve the unsurpassed properties from the shared product.

It aims at processing non-biodegradable waste to recover commercially valuable materials such as plastic, glass, metal and e-waste recycling.

||Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF) Plant
||The proposed project is to set up a Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) Plant at Ernakulam Perumbavoor area with a capacity of 800 TPA (Tons per Day). MDF is a wood based composite, an engineered wood product made by breaking down hardwood or softwood residuals into wood fibers, often in a defibrator, combining it with wax and a resin binder, and forming panels by applying high temperature and pressure.
||The proposed project aims at increasing the production of Acrylamide which is the intermediate raw material for the production of polyacrylamide. Polyacrylamide is a raw material for the manufacture of water and wastewater treatment chemicals.

The park proposes to offer sub-systems/auxiliaries in the manufacturing of the rotary & Fixed Wing aircrafts, Defence navigation technology, Tactical Vehicles, Submarine building, Warship/ Naval, Defence IT systems and solutions, Avionics, TCS, Space - Robotics Maintenance, Microsatellites, Unmanned Systems etc.
||Surfactants and Others
||Surfactants play an important role as cleaning, wetting, dispersing, emulsifying, foaming and anti-foaming agents in many practical applications and products such as detergents, fabric softeners, emulsions and soaps. Surfactants also are used as an ingredient in lubricants, such as shaving cream, where they allow razors to easily remove stubble and help limit irritation. The proposed project aims at increasing the production od Surfactants.

||A rubber industrial park is proposed to promote Natural Rubber value chain in Kerala covering upstream, midstream and downstream segments with a view to enhance efficiency at different stages and promote value addition and ultimately benefit all stakeholders.

||The project proposes to expand the production of Alkoxylates. Alkoxylates are used as emulsifiers, wetting agents, or detergents in applications like paints and coatings, agrochemicals, paper and textile processing, institutional cleaning and oilfield chemicals.

The cosmetics and personal care industry is one of the fastest growing consumer products sectors in India with a strong potential for foreign companies. The personal care and cosmetics sector in India has shown continued strong growth, with increasing shelf space in retail stores and boutiques in India, stocking cosmetics from around the world.
||The project proposes to expand the plasticizers Industry. Plasticizers or dispersants are additives that decrease the plasticity or decrease the viscosity of a material. These are the substances which are added in order to alter their physical properties.
